Janet Welch-McGrath, M.C.

Janet Welch-McGrath has been a trainer since 1975.  Her style and humor create an unforgettable training experience for participants.  Janet combines theory and experience in a unique way to emphasize the practical application of the knowledge taught.   Companies and organizations locally and across the county have benefited from her knowledge and expertise. 

Prior to establishing her own consulting and counseling practice, Janet has held many management and supervisory positions in the business world which have provided her with the necessary experience to relate to the needs of her audiences and to facilitate learning effectively.

Janet holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication and a master of counseling degree.
