In today’s highly competitive business environment, well-trained supervisors are a must. Skilled supervisors can improve morale, lower turnover, and reduce grievances and litigation.  They will communicate well and help create an environment that fosters employee engagement and loyalty.

The Supervisor’s Academy covers key supervisory competencies presented once a week over an 11-week period.  This format allows participants time to absorb what they’ve learned and to try out new skills before going on to the next session.

For public sector employees, the Academy serves as an entry point to ASU's Certified Public Manager Program.  For more information call (602) 496-1303 or visit http://ramseyexecutive.asu.edu/programs/CPM.
