Fall 2018 Dates: Now available (11/1/18 – 1/31/19)
The AGTS Supervisor’s Academy covers key supervisory competencies in 14 modules presented over a 3-month period. (full schedules below) This format allows participants time to absorb what they’ve learned and to try out new skills before moving on to the next module.
It is unique in the breadth and depth of experience possessed by the trainers who lead the classes, the diversity of topics taught and its learn/practice/review format. The Academy has been continuously refined over the years to ensure the curriculum reflects current managerial issues.

The Supervisor’s Academy Certificate:
Upon successful completion of the Academy, participants receive the AGTS Supervisor’s Academy Certificate presented by the AGTS President on the last day of class.
AGTS is a nonprofit Arizona-based corporation founded in 1980 to provide high quality low cost training exclusively to organizations in Arizona. We offer custom on-site training programs and public seminars throughout Arizona and strive to do so with superior quality trainers and content at competitive prices.
New supervisors, soon-to-be supervisors, and more experienced supervisors who would like the benefit of formal management training.
