Dale Rowe is president of a Las Vegas-based organization and training development firm that specializes in improving individual and organizational performance. Through consulting services and customized training programs, she assists organizations with performance management, thinking skills, and leadership development.

She has been involved in the training and development field since 1981 and has worked with a wide range of organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Dale designs training workshops so that concepts and techniques are practical and easy to apply back at the workplace. The learning environment is challenging and fun.

Prior to establishing her own firm, Dale managed training functions in the hospitality industry and local government. As a business consultant, she provided organizational assessments, performance management expertise, and teambuilding facilitation to clients that included Federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies

A member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Southern Nevada Training Directors Group, Dale also serves on local boards and councils, including the Clark County School District’s Education 2000 and the Clark County Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise Council. She has published articles on total quality and creative thinking. Dale holds a B.S. degree in Secondary Education/English from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
