Michael Wade is a management consultant with Execupundit Consulting, LLC in Phoenix, Arizona. A popular instructor, Michael has trained executives and supervisors in 48 states and Puerto Rico. He teaches fast-paced, practical classes enlivened with humor and “real world” guidelines that can be put to immediate use.

Prior to beginning his consulting career in 1984, Michael served as the Equal Employment Opportunity Administrator for City of Phoenix and as the Command Equal Opportunity Officer for the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command in Washington, DC.

Michael coaches executives, managers, and supervisors on how to improve their management skills. He also wrote an online column on career and workplace issues for U.S. News & World Report and was an adjunct instructor in business law for ten years for Rio Salado College.

Michael is a graduate of the Ethics Corps Program of the Josephson Institute of Ethics and of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona, College of Law.
