Susan Grace has worked in mediation, facilitation, conflict resolution consulting and employment discrimination for more than twenty years. She was the Deputy Director for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Phoenix District Office where she managed investigations, outreach and education, federal complaint processing and mediation. She served as a mediator and facilitator for the Bureau of Mediation Service in Minnesota and the City of New York, where she also had her own employment mediation and arbitration practice. She was an adjunct instructor for Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in the areas of facilitation and conflict resolution and she also trained hundreds of human resources professionals in both investigation techniques and preventing discrimination.
Susan holds a BA in Communication and Education from the University of Illinois, received initial mediation training from Ottawa University and advanced mediation and dispute resolution training from Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine University Law School), the Center for Appropriate Dispute Resolution in Special Education, and the Arizona Department of Education.
