Cancellation Policies:

For stand-alone public seminars, cancellations must be received three [3] full working days prior to the workshop (academies and multi-day sessions require ten [10] full working days notice prior to the first class). Cancellations after the deadline are subject to the full fee. Substitution of one employee for another can be made at any time. For your protection, you will be given a cancellation number when you call to cancel. Keep this number handy. It will be your proof of an on-time cancellation.

No-Shows:

Participants who register but do not attend will be billed the full fee. The missed session can be made up at a later date for a nominal make-up fee. See make-up policies below.

Make-ups:

When a portion of a class is missed, there will be a $15 make-up fee per session missed ($35 for modules of multiple-day programs). This fee is necessary to recover the administrative costs in arranging for make-ups. Please Note: In order to ensure admission to a make-up class, you must register first. You will not automatically be enrolled.

Special Requirements:

Certain organizations are required to submit registrations on company forms. Please contact your supervisor, training department liaison or training coordinator for information.

Certain organizations require a purchase order (PO) number in order for an enrollment to be made. Please contact your supervisor or training liaison if you are unsure whether or not your organization requires a PO.

Certain organizations require you to register through a liaison. Please contact your supervisor or training liaison if you are unsure whether or not your organization requires registration through a third party.
